Pet Platform C.I.C acts as a listing platform only. Each business is independently owned and operated. Any agreement, booking, or purchase you make is directly with the business. Pet Platform C.I.C does not own, manage, or control any of the businesses featured in the Directory.

2. Your Responsibilities as a User

Information displayed in the Directory is provided by the businesses themselves. While Pet Platform C.I.C does its best to ensure listings are clear, accurate, and up to date, we cannot guarantee the standards, safety, or suitability of any service or product.

As the user, you are fully responsible for:

• Carrying out your own due diligence before booking or purchasing from any listed business
• Determining whether a business or service is appropriate for you and your animal(s)
• Reading and complying with the individual rules, terms, or requirements of the business you book with
• Supervising your animal(s) and taking reasonable precautions when using any service, facility, or accommodation

Pet Platform C.I.C accepts no liability if a business fails to meet expected standards, if a user fails to comply with legislation or rules, or if issues arise once you have entered into an agreement with the business. Responsibility lies solely with the business and the user.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Payments

Each business sets and controls its own payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures. Please ensure you read and understand these directly with the business before booking or purchasing.

4. Reporting Concerns

If you experience poor standards or have concerns about a listed business, please notify Pet Platform C.I.C We reserve the right to review and remove any business from the Directory that fails to meet expectations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pet Platform C.I.C is not responsible for:

• The conduct, actions, or omissions of any listed business
• The accuracy or completeness of the information provided by businesses
• Any injury, loss, disappointment, or damages arising from your use of a listed business
• Your use of the Directory is entirely at your own risk.

6. General Use

Directory listings are for personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission

Pet Platform C.I.C may update, amend, or remove listings without prior notice

These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the Directory constitutes acceptance of any changes.
