We do offer people who need support our services to provide mental health support, we offer a free charity donation collection/removal to all, this provides future funding to people and animals that need help with their mental health around the U.K.
After your initial enquiry, we will need to see the property this can be arrange in many ways such as over a Messenger call or Zoom video, You can show the property whilst walking around with a portable device! Or in person and do a walk around.
If you are unable to attend a in person meeting we are happy to work with estate agents / representatives with your consent.
We’ll agree the scale of support you need to give a better gauge on how long your project might take. We will help determine what should be tackled in which order and help you to focus on what your key priorities are.
A confirmation of what is agreed needs to be carried out will be sent via email /post or a in person visit depending on what works best for you.

No. We are discreet, confidential and non-judgemental our job is to encourage you to feel at ease,. Any pictures taken are with your consent anonymous and for our portfolio only if you were to agree.
If a person you know needs help it’s best to talk with them first and see if they do want help as one person’s volume of possessions could be very different to another’s it’s very personal having someone come into your home to help go through your belongings and support you with your environment.
