• The following terms and conditions apply to SOCIAL competitions. 

• Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions set out who can enter the competition, how the competition will be run and the circumstances in which We may withhold all or part of the Prize and/or disqualify you. Your entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as final and binding. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry if We have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions. 

• We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the competition at any time (and for any reason) without notice. 

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikToc.

DEFINITIONS 

• In these Terms and Conditions (except where a different interpretation is necessary in the context) the words and expressions set out below shall have the following meanings: 

• Prize: As per the post. 

Your Prize must be claimed by emailing or Direct Messaging the address given on the winner’s notification message, or you can provide full address details to receive the prize via delivery. Contact must be made within 5 working days from notification of the winning notification message being sent by Pet Platform C.I.C.

ELIGIBILITY 

• The competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over (at the time of entry). Employees, partners or contractors (and their respective families) of Us are not eligible to enter. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as we consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant and Prize may be withheld until and unless Pet Platform C.I.C is satisfied with the verification.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 

• You may enter the competition only once. Multiple entries will be discounted and may be disqualified. 

• Unfortunately, We cannot be held responsible for entries which are lost or corrupted or for any entries to the competition which we do not receive as a result of any technical error, however caused. In addition, We cannot accept any liability for any difficulties experienced in submitting an entry. Proof of entry or submission will not be proof of receipt. 

WINNER 

• The Winner will be the person who achieves what the competition states. 

• If there is more than one winner (e.g. for Guess The Score), two members of staff will draw from the winners, and only one prize will be awarded. 

• The Winner of the competition will be notified by Instant Messaging within three days of the Notification Date. 

• Details of the Winner’s name and entry may be disclosed by Us on Our website and social media platforms. By entering the competition, you expressly agree to permit such disclosure if you are the Winner. 

• The Prize should be claimed by the Winner within five working days of notification being sent. If the Winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such Winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate Winner may be selected by Us or the competition may be withdrawn. 

• Winners shall not resell, offer for hire or otherwise transfer the Prize to any third party.

PRIZE 

• The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.  

• Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Winner will receive the Prize. 

• An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is strictly non-transferable.

YOUR DATA 

• Your personal data will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and in accordance with Our privacy policy which governs Our use of personal data we collect from you. Any communication you receive will be in relation to the competition.

• All enquiries regarding the competition (including requests for the name of Winner) must be received by Us within 28 days of the Notification Date of the competition.
